1. Product Mechanical Engineering (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions:

Response & analyze production abnormality and provide a countermeasure

Continuously improve the product pass rate

Responsible for all structural process problem analysis and solution

Continuously optimize and improve the production process and reduce process loss

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering

At least have 1 year of working experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Full proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory

Self-motivated, driven, and good work attitude

Have good communication, creative problem solving, and interpersonal skills

High interest in smartphone device

Have a basic understanding of electrical components and the working principle

Working location is in Cikupa, Tangerang

2. Project Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions:

Coordinate with vivo china for the project

Looking for and maintaining a relationship with local vendors of the project

Project Material Control including material selection and material quality control to meet the company’s standard

Follow up, monitor, and timely push the vendor to finish the project according to the timeline

Quality control for the project site

Daily project progress report

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from Any Major (Chinese Literature related major will be a plus)

Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory (written and speaking)

Fresh Graduates are very welcome

Detail and goal-oriented

3. Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Descriptions:

Ensure equipment of assembly lines runs normally, and enhance productivity and conformity rate of the equipment.

In charge of equipment inspection, debugging, and maintenance.

Take part in newly introduced equipment debugging and acceptance inspection.

In charge of spare part usage and management

Take part in equipment preparation of new product introduction.

Job Requirements:

Diploma degree majoring in , mechanical/electronics/electrical engineering

Fresh graduate / relevant working experience is preferable

Have a basic understanding of pneumatic and mechatronics system/equipment

Have a high sense of responsibility, serious work attitude, teamwork and good communication skills

Willing to work on night shift and working location is in Cikupa

4. Security Coordinator

Job Descriptions :

Ensure and preparing security operational and scheduling;

Plan and do the training session for security

Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events;

Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms

Review reports on incidents and breaches,investigate and resolve issues;

Create reports for management on security status.

Job Requirements :

High school or above degree

At least have 1 year working experiences as security coordinator and able to handle minimum 150 team member

Have knowledge about CPP, Safety and Security system

Brave, strong with proportional body shape, no criminal record;

High working integrity, discipline, strong executional skill and sense of responsibility, able to obey company rules;

Computer literate and understand security role;

Willing to work overtime, night shift and working placement is in Cikupa, Tangerang;

Have K3 Certification or Gada Madya will be preferred
