Saat ini PT Jawa Satu Power kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru sebagai:

1. Fire Prevention Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree. Engineering major is preferred

Have at least 5 years experience in Fire Protection and Safety area

Must hold or be working towards a professional qualification in fire safety

Ability to work in high-stress and dangerous situations is mandatory

Good physical condition is mandatory

Extensive understanding of electrical hazard, chemical hazard, flammable substance, and physical hazard mitigation

A genuine interest in and extensive understanding of fire prevention and protection system

Ability for working under pressure and has strong physical

Ability to use heavy and complex equipment, working with fire, disaster, search and rescue

The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)

Have good Leadership skills including the ability to take full command at the scene of a fire

2. CSR / Communication Specialist

Job Requirements:

Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Political Science; Social Sciences; Humanities, with intensive and depth experience in mass communication and/or public affairs, community development/CSR

At least 5 years working experience in related fields, with a minimum of 3 years work in mass media/community development projects, communication agency, public affairs, and/or other related fields

Having depth networking with prominent media both at the national and local level, local government, as well as local community and community-based organization

Having good knowledge about CSR project management, sustainability reporting, annual reporting, and external communication materials (holding statement, presentation, press release, etc)

Having experience to manage company-internal events and publication

Experience managing crisis and media management including social media

Having good knowledge of the power generation industry

The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)

Has a mature personality and is able to work with a minimum supervision

3. Security Team Leader

Job Requirements:

Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences; Humanities, or secondary education level with intensive and depth experience in social and/or security roles

At least 5 years working experience in related fields, with a minimum of 3 years work in the social security field

Having negotiation and mediation skills, especially related to claim handling and conflict

Experience good network with local police and military institution, and capable to liaise with the community surrounding an industrial facility

Having a basic knowledge of security and social risk management

Having depth knowledge of the local Karawang/Cilamaya social landscape or mapping

Have good leadership skills and Posses excellent team-building skills

Has a mature personality and is able to work with minimum supervision
