1. Asset Management Staff

Job Descriptions :

Conduct periodic inspections of field asset lists

Update asset data

Manage procurement documents, new assets, asset mutation and disposal as well as repairs

Conduct periodic inspections of asset lists in the field


Qualifications :

Minimum S1 all majors

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply / preferably have experience in the field of inventory/distribution

Have SIM A and C

Preferably those who master the SAP program

Placement in Bali/Bandung/Bitung (Sulawesi)


2. Human Capital Business Partner Staff

Job Descriptions :

Cooperating with external parties.

Carry out a series of New Employee Orientation processes to ensure new employees know the company’s work processes and job descriptions that will be given to the employees concerned, to support the smooth running of the company’s business processes.

Work with the assigned department leaders to build talent pipeline for their team, including manpower planning, identification and development of key talent, succession plans and implementation of relevant programs, initiatives to minimize talent risks and other relevant people metrics.

Monitor and execute the administration of employee health insurance, employee movement (status changes in the system), COP process, HR reporting and facilitate performance appraisal process through HR system, including conduct socialization and follow through the process in the system.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management


Qualifications :

Minimum S1 all major

Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Human Capital Business Partner.

Have an understanding of the Manpower Law, experienced in handling Industrial Relations issues

Flexibility in collaborating and handling problems with users

Have problem solving and analytical thinking skills based on data

Experienced in handling working relationships with outsourcing companies.

3. Sales Counter

Job Descriptions :

Responsible for receiving orders from customers

Ensure and make deliveries according to the delivery schedule

Updating cash, credit and ceiling customer data

Responsible for administrative activities (printing Sales Orders, cover letters, loan applications, etc.)


Qualifications :

Minimum D3 All Majors

Advance in operating Ms Office

Experience in marketing/distribution is preferred

Placement in Bekasi


4. Sales Engineer

Job Descriptions :

Develop a list of target customers (sales targets and new customers)

Increase sales by considering the selling price, profit (EBIT) and smooth payment (DSO) with the approval of superiors

Coordinate and carry out sales process activities starting from sales offers, installation of tanks/tubes/gas and others along with supporting facilities up to the realization of delivery (according to the approved offer)

Coordinate and expand the business area, add customers, increase customers

Coordinate and prepare price offers, projects, tenders approved by superiors

Coordinate and update contract agreements with customers (contract period, price addendum, changes to customer data) in accordance with applicable regulations.


Qualifiications :

Minimum S1 of Engineering

Fresh Graduate are welcomed

In-depth understanding of manufacturing company and its position in the market

Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

5. Cashier

Job Descriptions :

Record sales and payment transactions.

Print purchase receipts and give to customers.

Report the recording of transactions to superiors or other parties who need information.

Checking the availability of merchandise (stock taking)

Make cash payments and record existing expenses into the system PAS/SAP

Ensure every expense that appears is in accordance with the budget

Perform daily cash opname on all transactions


Qualifications :

Minimal Diploma in Accounting

Mastering Microsoft Excel

Fresh graduate are welcome
