SeBank membuka rekrutmen sebagai:



1. SeaBank – Product Analyst

Job Description :

Coordinating and working closely with Business & Product team to manage partner integrations and feature enhancements

Getting involved on product development life cycle: creating requirements, testing, troubleshooting issues, and creating Standard Operating Procedure

Conducting research and assisting the Product team on various projects & initiatives to drive SeaBank forward

Giving training to various internal teams for new feature or product launches

Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement


Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree

Fresh graduates with a proven track record in organizations or internships (local or overseas graduates are welcome to apply!)

Aspiring product manager with less than 1 year of experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow

High awareness with Internet, social media, media content and/or product-related (highly preferred)

A positive attitude with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility


2. SeaBank – Campaign Operations

Job Description :

Conceptualise, develop and execute marketing campaigns

Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Social Media, Online Media, Events, Business Development, Creative, and even Operations

Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns

Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance

Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.


Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Marketing or Communications

Minimum of 2 years experience in e-commerce marketing and/or campaign management, previously from financial services

industry would be a plus

Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders

Strong work ethics and performance-driven

Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
