Perusahaan selama bertahun-tahun memperluas kapasitas produksi dan awal diversifikasinya dalam pembuatan ban sepeda motor dan ban dalam, serta akhirnya ke dalam pembuatan ban kendaraan penumpang dan komersial. Perusahaan mulai memproduksi ban sepeda motor pada 1971 dan mulai memproduksi ban bias untuk penumpang dan kendaraan komersial pada 1981. Pada 1993, Perusahaan mulai memproduksi dan menjual ban radial untuk mobil penumpang dan truk ringan. Pada 2010, Perusahaan melakukan pengembangan kemampuan produksi ban TBR.

Kami adalah produsen ban terbesar di Asia Tenggara, memproduksi dan mendistribusikan ban berkualitas tinggi untuk mobil penumpang, SUV's / Truk ringan, off-road, industri dan sepeda motor. Kami juga memproduksi dan mendistribusikan produk karet terkait lainnya seperti karet sintetis, benang ban, ban dalam, flap, o-ring dan banyak lagi.

1. Internal Auditor (Officer)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00

Has 3 years of working experiences as Internal or External Auditor, preferable who has experiences in

Accounting Public Firm or Multinational Company

Strong interpersonal skill, good analytical, and detail oriented

Proficient in English

2. Talent Acquisition Officer

Qualifications :

Maximum 27 years old

Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree of majoring Psychology from reputable University

Have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or in Recruitment field

Have an experience as Recruiter in Manufacturing company will be a plus point

Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test

Have a good Interview skill with Behavioral Event Interview technique

Have a good sourcing strategy for any position level

Have a good analytical and communication skill

Have a pleasant, creative and initiative personality

Have a strong working motivation and ability to work under tight deadlines

Fluent in English (written and oral)

Applicant must be willing to work at our Head Office, Central Jakarta

3. Account Payable Staff

Job Requirements:

Hold minimum a Bachelor degree from Finance or equivalent from reputable university

Have minimum 2 years of working experiences in Finance or as Account Payable Staff

Have a good knowledge in PSAK (Accounting)

Have a good knowledge in account payable

Have a good knowledge in accounting journal

Have a deep knowledge in Banking and Transactional Business

Computer literate

Good in English (verbal and oral)

4. Customer Relation Officer

Job Requirements:

Minimum bachelor degree in any major from reputable University

Has 3 years of working experience as Customer Relation, preferably in Export Sales

Able to operate Ms. Office: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word & Ms. PPT

Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)

5. Import Staff

Kualifikasi:

Usia Maksimal 30 Tahun

Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen Transportasi/ jurusan terkait)

Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang terkait

Pengalaman menangani Custom Clearance Import

6. Network Administrator Assistant Manager

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Has more than 7 years of experience in a network administrator/infrastructure role.

Working knowledge and expertise in Administrator Network, CCNA, AD/OS Windows Server 2016/2019 and

Ms. Exchange: 2016/2019

Mastery in Antivirus Trend Micro, Backup Arcserve UDP, HCI Technology and Cluster 2016/2019 is an added value

Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions

7. Digital Marketing Manager

Job Requirements:

Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree (from any major)

Requirements:

Min Bachelor Degree (S1) major in IT / IS / Computer Science

Min 3 years hands-on experience on Android projects. Kotlin is advantage.

Additional technical experience considered as advantages such as integration with payment system, firebase, push notification, local DB management, geofencing, camera image processing, and so on

Additional technical experience and willing to adopt on hybrid framework such as reactjs, react native or flutter is advantage

Qualifications:
