1. Specialist PPN Management & Operation

Responsibilites:

Analyze the development of government regulation concerning business and taxation which might affect company business operational activity
Analyze potential exposure in conducting tax saving according to company capacity and business operational
Plan, organize, control and evaluate the activity of tax counting and payment that should be paid by the company, either PPN or PPh
Plan, organize, control and evaluate the activity of tax payment, and monthly/annual tax return preparation. Conduct reconciliation between accounting records and taxation report/returns
Analyze and develop system and procedure guideline in tax payment counting and reporting based on the government regulation
Identify, plan and evaluate subordinate needs and development, and recommend subordinate development program based on competency needed and develop work culture, and give coaching and counseling periodically to increase performance and overcome subordinate work problem

Requirements:

Min Bachelor Degree in Economic / Taxation
4 Years experience in Tax and Accounting
Comprehending Accounting in Manufacturing Company & Tax Auditor
Detail Oriented
Fluent in English
Familiar with SAP is a plus

2. Specialist PPH Management & Operation
