1. Specialist Cash Control & Compliance

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Monitoring AR, AP activities and reporting
  • Maintain & update payment from customer on file tracking list AR by weekly
  • Provide monthly & weekly cash flow report
  • Manage company’s cash flow monthly, weekly and daily
  • Manage the bank account
  • Implement effective treasury process
  • Supervise the daily operational task of finance operation
  • Develop and update finance policies and procedures for operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain financial statements for future reference
  • Conduct finance self audit periodically and recommmend improvement
  • Assist manager in financial management and reporting activities
  • Enhance and develop operational accounting & finance policies
  • Forecasting of short term to medium and long- term funds.
  • Compliance to the regulator and internal policies
  • Preparing management and board reports.
  • Supporting closing the month end process where necessary.
  • Maintain bank relationship
  • Support external & internal audit


REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree of Management / Accounting
  • At least 3-4 years in the similar position (preferred from reputable mining contractors companies)
  • Prewith advance proficials in using Ms. Office ( specialy excel ), SAP ( SAP HANA new version )
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good analitical & detail orientation
  • Willing to be placed on the Head Office Jakarta (Cilandak)


2. Senior Specialist Tax

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Responsible to lead, direct, evaluate, and develop tax professionals to ensure that corporate tax strategies are accurately and consistently applied and adhere to all rules, laws, And established standards / relevant
  • Manage the effects of government regulation on business and taxation that may affect the company’s business operations
  • Manage of tax disputes and developing ligency analyses and proposing the most efficient solutions
  • Establishing professional relationships between the company and external auditors
  • Manage exposure potential in performing tax savings in accordance with the business capacity and operations of the business
  • Make a plan, manage, control, and evaluate the tax accounting and payment activities that the company has to pay, whether PPN or tax payments activities, and prepare monthly / yearly tax returns
  • Reconciliation between accounting records and tax returns
  • Manage of tax disputes and developing ligency analyses and proposing the most efficient solutions
  • Establishing professional relationships between the company and external auditors / the goverment


REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min.  Bachelor Degree of Accounting / Tax
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position (preferred from reputable mining contractors companies)
  • Have a Brevet certificate A & B (preferred)
  • Prewith advance proficials in using SAP ( SAP HANA new version )
  • Have experiences in tax planning, tax compliance, and the full management of tax auditing
  • Have strong leadership, high care, active communication with various lines in the company.
  • Willing to be placed on the Head Office Jakarta (Cilandak)


3. Specialist Budget Control & Financial Modelling

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Prepare variable data and budget, and coordinate with the project / department for arrangement the budget
  • Responsible to input data in SAP System / BW
  • Support the monthly closing & request audit
  • Make a compile data of monitoring actual and budget, and communicate to site project /department leader
  • Prepare reforcase data
  • Make estimate IRR, cash flow, and cretaria for investment
  • Make a research to support the feasibility of the project and to support the requirements for due dilligence


REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the budget cost control & financial modelling (preferred from reputable mining contractors companies)
  • Prewith advance proficials in using the Microsoft office (specialy Excel) and SAP ( SAP HANA new version )
  • Understanding financial modelling (PNL, cashflow) and financial planning
  • Understands the budget cost control of mining industries & understand tax planning
  • Have good active communication with various corporate sectors, and preparing to work overtime as the process for budgeting /closing monthly
  • Willing to be placed on the Head Office Jakarta (Cilandak)


4. Officer Organization Development

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Responsibility of performance assessment and IDP
  • Makes a recapitulation of performance assessment and function assessments with its authorization to manage performance assessment database and IDP all employees
  • Make a work assessment periodically, evaluate and plan sub-ordinate development (PA & IDP)
  • Organize, repairs, and structural changes of each division to achieve organizational effectiveness
  • Create a job description, job specification and job evaluation of every position in all departments and putting it in the SAP system
  • Makes a recapitulation of labor planning results including SDM budgets from all departement in the HO / Site Project'


REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree of Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferred from reputable mining contractors companies)
  • Familiar with Microsoft office (advance SAP, Microsoft & ms excel, Ms. Visio & Ms. PPT)
  • Having experience and knowledge in performance management & development
  • Have good communication
  • Have good analytical & detail orientation
  • Willing to be placed on the Head Office Jakarta (Cilandak)


5. Engineer Geotechnical

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Create both a system of monitoring and geothecnical studies to prevent avalanches from happening
  • Created an assessment geotechnical project that can be used by both mine plan and operational in the mining work
  • Optimize the implementation of geotechnical to safely and make a plan the removal of the necessary geotechnical data in the implementation of mining operations or operations on particular projects or areas, both for active projects and for new project development
  • Meeting with client related, provision / acquisition of geotechnical data for use in a analysis
  • Responsibility to preparing and providing geoengineering recommendations
  • Give a recommendation if needed on the other side (vendor/ settlement)
  • Providing a periodic progress report based daily, weekly or monthly, and reporting to Head of PPNC or HO
  • To assist Head of PPNC in analyzing staff needs and to propose organization planning
  • To do the needed innovation and development of work programs and operations in its sub-division
  • Make a SOP ( monitoring and implementation of geotechnical )


REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Geological / Mining Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similiar position
  • Preferably understanding the litology of rock & factor that affected the stability of the slope
  • POP Cerficate is must
  • Prewith advanced proficials in using geotech slide software, phase, surpac, mine scape
  • Willing to be placed on the Meulaboh (Aceh) Site Project


6. Analyst Equipment Health

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Planning, controlling and evaluating the administrative process (completeness of data, input and updating of technical data) in the CMOS program and discussing alternative solutions to problems faced in the CMOS system.
  • Planning, compiling and coordinating with related parties regarding the availability of spare parts and manpower, scheduling maintenance and repairs in accordance with data and information on the CMOS program.
  • Evaluating, reviewing and checking weekly reports on the implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM), types of damage to units, use of spare parts and others that have been implemented.
  • Evaluate the maintenance plan of the head office and compile a monthly maintenance plan.
  • Develop a maintenance scheduling system and discuss solutions to problems found in the implementation of maintenance.
  • Planning, coordinating and recommending the determination of critical parts and parts needed by considering cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of lubricant and oil sampling according to the amount assigned to the relevant section, provide reports and recommendations on the results of sample analysis.
  • Evaluating and reviewing reports on the results of laboratory test analysis (SOS) and identifying indications of damage to the unit


REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min. Diploma’s Degree from Mechanical Engineering, Industry, Electronics
  • 3 years experience in the same position
  • Experience in handling mobile equipment (wheel / track) maintenance, especially for CATTERPILAR units
  • Have the ability to effectively plan and determine work priorities to meet deadlines. Has in-depth experience in evaluating and reviewing laboratory test analysis reports (SOS) and identifying indications of damage to the unit
  • Willing to be placed on the Meulaboh, Aceh  Site Project
