Emerging Technology Analyst

Jakarta

As an Emerging Tech Analyst, you will work with other researchers on the Emerging Technology Adoption team. You will perform continuous research on specific topics to keep the organization up to speed on emerging technologies. This role will:

Systematically research emerging technologies such as productivity tools, robotics, and other techs that can be applied in banking business

Deliver informal and formal written reports and oral presentations on specific topics

Responsibilities

Looks to industry for technology developments that are relevant for banking business

Define and conduct ongoing research for various products and emerging technologies that can be applied in banking business.

Identifies innovation opportunities and follows through to develop the ideas in collaboration with business partners within organization.

Provide concise and high quality written documents and executive summaries on current and emerging technologies.

Conduct technology, risk, cost & benefit assessment

Effectively manage short and long term projects to a successful conclusion.

Maintain a knowledge base for ongoing research.

Collaborates with others to ensure the technology strategy is in alignment with the business needs.

Evaluates and prioritizes business requests, determining appropriate course of action (e.g. adjusts existing roadmaps, delivery sequencing, iterative planning efforts or aligns delivery through small project and / or enhancement efforts).

Works with vendors to understand whether vendor products will meet business and / or technology requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred.

Minimal two year or more work experiences preferably in a technical or research role.

Experience researching complex topics, preferably with respect to products, services, or technologies.

Demonstrated interest in, or experience with, a range of technologies including productivity, robotics, blockchain, or technologies trend that can be applied in banking industry.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.

Strong time / project management skills and the ability to make good trade offs with little guidance.

Exceptional collaboration skills.

Familiarity with a algorithm and programming language (e.g., Python) is a benefit

Experience in product development is a benefit.

Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) - 5 role:

Cloud CoE Lead

Responsibilities

Facilitates communication, collaboration, and manages CCoE roadmap, deliverables, and artifacts

Lead cloud-readiness assessment including, maturity, business value, technology review, and impact.

Design and monitor roadmap implementation of Cloud system development.

Responsible to conduct and evaluating standard document for system cloud & managed service.

Lead development of cloud processes as well as a cloud governance and cloud risk management system, taking into account agile process models (DevOps)

Cloud Architect (Professional Certified)

Responsibilities

Conduct cloud-readiness assessment including, maturity, business value, technology review, and impact.

Defines CCoE charter and roadmap

Develops reference architectures

Develops deployment views

Develop decision matrix for cloud services

Develop cost optimization strategy

Leads the implementation of CCoE deliverables and artifacts

Developing cloud processes as well as a cloud governance and cloud risk management system, taking into account agile process models (DevOps)

Coordinate with other IT specialist departments as well as external developers and suppliers.

Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

Conduct cloud-readiness assessment including, maturity, business value, technology review (IT infrastructure), and impact.

Designing cloud-based infrastructure solutions and deploying scalable highly available systems

Develops templates

Support, managing and monitoring the cloud infrastructure / platforms.

Troubleshoots cloud related issues

Implements IaC and CI / CD pipelines

Coordinate with other IT specialist departments as well as external developers and suppliers.

Cloud Network Specialist

Responsibilities

Conduct cloud-readiness assessment including, maturity, business value, technology review (communication network), and impact.

Defines the network and related policies

Cloud Security Specialist

Responsibilities

Requirements

Cloud Architecture - Design and Development experience

Demonstrate knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)

Experience in migrating large enterprise applications to cloud services.

Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends, technology

Knowledge of all components of technical architecture
