Berikut ini kami bagikan informasi Lowongan Kerja Terbaru 2020 dari Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). Universitas Pelita Harapan merupakan salah satu universitas swasta di Indonesia yang berdiri pada September 1994 oleh Ir. Johannes Oentoro dan Dr. (HC) James Riady (Lippo Group). Awalnya UPH menempati gedung sementara di Gedung Lippo Bank, Kedoya, Jakarta, kemudian pindah ke gedung Menara Asia, di kota mandiri Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang. Tanggal 27 September 1994 kegiatan perkuliahan dimulai di Menara Asia dengan kurang lebih 250 mahasiwa di 3 fakultas dan 8 jurusan, sementara pembangunan gedung UPH Tower berjalan.
UPH membuka rekrutmen untuk mengisi posisi sebagai:

1. Creative Design Staff
Requirements:

  • Degree in visual communication design
  • Creative thinking & have a good sense of art
  • 1 year (minimum) of designing experience
  • Adobe Software (PSD, AI, & In Design) proficiency
  • Able to do photography & videography would be an added advantage
  • Pay attention to details
  • Have a good initiative
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Have a positive attitude to receive input / feedback
  • Know & follow the trend of designs & good concept

2. Accounting Staff
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and godly character
  • Preferably Have relevant experiences 1-2 years in Accounting Area. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Detail oriented, team player, and has concern for order
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in written and oral English

3. Financial Analyst
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and godly character
  • Have relevant experiences 1-2 years in Finance Area (preferred)
  • Detail oriented, team player, and has concern for order
  • Have a good communication skills, analytical skill, financial literacy skill, Accounting skill
  • Understand calculating budgets vs actual and its financial impact, cost analysis and reduction
  • Have a general knowledge of cash flow and a GL, recon and reading bank statements
  • Understand mathematical & statistical formulas involved in modeling, forecasting, projection
  • Proficient in written and oral English

4. Human Capital Information Officer (HCIS Officer)
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, and other relevant analytical science degree
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and godly character
  • Work experience in Business Process, Standard of Procedures, or HRIS
  • Detail oriented, team player, problem solver
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills
  • Have a pleasant personality, good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Have interest for people development

5. Data Engineer
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or any equivalent technology fields
  • Demonstrates Spiritual maturity and Godly character
  • Experience minimum 2 years in Data Engineering is an advantage
  • Having data engineering skills on Data pipeline, data platform, data warehouse & etc.
  • Experience in SQL server, SSIS, & SSAS would be an advantage

6. Data Analyst
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or other relevant field from a reputable university
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and godly character
  • Experience at least 2 years as Data Analyst
  • Having data analytics skills on data analysis, data modeling, machine learning, & data visualization
  • Experience in SSAS, SSRS, PowerBI would be an advantage

7. Coaching, Mentoring & Counseling Specialist
Requirements:

  • S1 any major with skill of coaching, mentoring, and counseling (Prefeably from S2 specialized in HRM, or Psychology, Education, Theology and/or certified in relevant skills)
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and godly character
  • Min. 2 years experiences in one or two HR field e.g. employee assessment, recruitment, training, & developmnet, talent management, professional coaching and counseling field, and relevant people consulting services
  • Must have 1 year experience in conducting, coaching, mentoring, counseling, in formal work environment/institution
  • Preferably having working experience in Christian Education or Institution
  • Male/Female

8. Developer

  • Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or other relevant field from a reputable university
  • Demonstrates Spiritual maturity and Godly character
  • Having knowledge for java language programmer
  • Having knowledge for people tools is an advantage
  • Working technical knowledge of programming languages, including SQL

9. Business Analyst
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or other relevant field from a reputable university.
  • Demonstrates Spiritual maturity and Godly character
  • Experience of 2-3 years as Business Analyst, preferably in ERP.
  • Experience in minimum 1 full cycle of Enterprise application implementation is an advantage.
  • Experience in people soft and EBS is an advantage.

10. Instructional Technologist
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology (Applied Education or Computer Science) preferable in education technology or instructional technology field from a reputable university.
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and godly character.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in managing digital content or online course development.
  • Familiar with online learning scenario for higher education.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office package.
  • Basic skill and understanding of photoshop or coreldraw and adobe creative suites.
  • Familiar with course development in Moodle.
  • Basic to intermediate skill in digital content storyboard.
  • Proficient in written and oral English.

11. Administration Staff
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Archival Studies (Ilmu Kearsipan) or any field from a reputable university
  • Demonstrates Spiritual maturity and Godly character
  • Preferably have relevant experiences 1-2 years in General Administration Area (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Have a pleasant personality, problem solver, detail oriented, team player, analytical and strategic skills, computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Proficient in written and oral English

12. Web Developer
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field from a reputable university
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and Godly character
  • Knowledge of HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript is a must
  • Server architecture
  • Understand server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, php, Java, ASP, ASP.NET
  • Understand database systems such as SQL & Oracle
  • Understands WordPress as the website to maintain used WordPress platform
  • Thorough functional knowledge & coding experience
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets & goals
